Terms & Conditions

1. There is one level of Membership as follows: Subscription+
2. Subscription+ membership are for a minimum of 3 months.
3. After 3 months memberships shall continue unless they are terminated by either of us in accordance with clause 17 below.
4. The Subscription+ membership covers all live satsangs and access to all recordings.
5. Subscription+ membership does not cover workshops or any other activity that falls outside of the main timetable.
6. Subscription+ membership does not cover face to face yoga classes.
7. Live classes are held on Zoom. Please ensure that you can download and operate Zoom software before purchasing your membership.
8. All Subscription+ members must join the whatapp group so that you receive all notifications.
9. Recordings will be made available in your members dashboard. If a recording is not available you may request an audio recording via the whatsapp group.
10. You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the Materials shared in your subscription+ live classes or recordings.
11. We may from time to time record any or all or any part of the materials being delivered during your attendance. You authorise us to use your image and voice in any such recordings (and to make use of such recording in any way we think fit) without payment, other condition, or need for further consent.
12. Live class times may change. You will notified in advance of these changes via whatsapp
13. Upon cancelling your Subscription+ membership, you will not be able to take up the special offer again.
14. Upon cancelling, you will lose access to live classes and all recordings.
15. Upon cancelling, your special offer will be taken up by the next person on the waiting list.
16. All payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds in the rare circumstance that the teacher has to cancel a class.
17. To cancel a membership please use the cancel membership option available in your members dashboard. 3 days cancellation policy.
18. We shall not be not liable for additional costs incurred by you as a result of changes in (i) the Membership, (ii) any of the Materials, (iii) the location of venues, (iv) the time and date of sessions or (v) trainers, instructors or coaches.
19. The Contract constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between us and supersedes any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the provision of the Membership (which shall be deemed to have been terminated by mutual consent);
20. In entering into the Contract you have not relied on any undertaking, promise, assurance, statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether in writing or not) of any person (whether party to the Contract or not) relating to the provision of the Membership other than as expressly set out in the Contract.
21. By applying for Membership you warrant that:
22. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
23. You are at least 18 years old; and
24. That all information you provide us with is materially true and accurate at all times and not misleading in any way. You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent. We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
