This 6-week course Limited to 12 people, first come, first served.
Free to members.
£6.00 per session to non-members.

Ideally all 6 classes should be attended to get the maximum benefit, however if you miss any classes we can work around it. Remember, improvement comes from regular commitment 😀

OBJECTIVES

  • You’ll learn a sequence of poses which will build strength and stability
  • No matter what your current level of ability is, the aim is to build upon where you’re at right now.
  • You will build stability and strength throughout the body, particularly the core and legs.

Class Format.

  • 5 minutes warm-up and mobilisation.
  • 50 minutes warrior yoga.
  • 15 minutes meditation.
