6 Week Hatha Yoga Course
Suitable for anyone who wants to progress in Hatha yoga
- Friday's 6.00pm - 7.30pm starting 15th June 2018 -
This 6-week course is open to students who currently attend my Monday class. Limited to 12 people, first come, first served. This course is free, however, by booking on to it you must commit to attending all 6 sessions.
This 6-weeks course will focus on four areas.
- The basics of Yoga philosophy.
- Improving alignment and flow and the most popular Hatha Yoga poses.
- Pranayama - understanding correct breathing.
- Meditation with a specific aim of being able to use meditation for goal setting.
- 15 minutes of Yoga philosophy (talk).
- 50 minutes of Hatha Yoga poses (movement).
- 10 minutes Pranayama (breathing exercises)
- 15 minutes Meditation (focusing on manifesting your goals and ambitions).
