About Movement & Mind Classes
If you've always thought Yoga was just about being bendy, all this talk about ancient teachings may sound a bit serious — don't worry, I'm not here to impose any beliefs on you. Take classes at your own pace and make it your own practice.
Movement & Mind classes appeal to students of all levels and many different backgrounds. I teach a few styles; Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyassa Yoga. This includes asana practice, pranayama and meditation.
You are very welcome to come and try a free yoga class. or just enjoy having a browse through the site - There are plenty of articles on yoga. Plus some free lessons and a various online yoga courses in development (check back soon).
About this site
The UK online yoga community is predominately asana based (yoga poses), however my intention is to share my experiences of traditional Yoga for your all round well being. After all, Yoga is an art, a science and a philosophy.
On my website I'll be sharing my knowledge of yoga, Eastern philosophy, meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, wellbeing, mental and physical fitness and sustainability. So whether you decide to take a class or interact from the comfort of your chair, I thank you for dropping by and hope our paths cross again some day.
