What is Movement & Mind yoga?

When we think of yoga, most of us usually think about one particular aspect of yoga only – the postures. The postures we do in yoga are called asanas and they’re just a small part of what yoga is. As well as asana practice, Movement & Mind classes aim to offer a small insight into other aspects of yoga. This is taken one step at a time as we work together on things like mediation and pranayama (breathing techniques).
